The Tavistock Neighbourhood Area includes land within Dartmoor National Park and West Devon. Dartmoor National Park Authority has agreed that West Devon Borough Council shall be the lead authority in regard to this particular Neighbourhood Plan.

Area Designation

Dartmoor National Park Authority confirmed its approval of Tavistock Town Council’s proposal to designate a Neighbourhood Area, for the purposes of preparing a Neighbourhood Development Plan on the 6 December 2021.
