Meetings and committees
All the business of these meetings is conducted in public session, with the exception of very occasional confidential matters. We publish meeting agendas here at least five days before the meeting. Members of the public can speak at most meetings.
Members of the public are advised to follow proceedings by listening to the live audio of meetings (see below).

Live Audio of Meetings
During the Covid-19 pandemic our meetings were livestreamed online to enable members of the public to view and participate in the meetings. We are now required to hold face-to-face public meetings and these will take place at Parke, Bovey Tracey.
Currently, we are not able to broadcast a live video of proceedings. However, should you wish to follow a meeting remotely we are providing an audio only option where you would be able to listen to proceedings and decisions as they are made. If you wish to follow the audio of any of the meetings in progress please follow the link below at the time of the meeting.
